Subject [jira] Commented: (INFRA-485) ddlutils-commits needs to point to ddlutils-dev

Roy T. Fielding commented on INFRA-485:

If the *project* wants it "fixed", then the project should ask us to remove the commits
list and replace it with an alias to dev. However, ALL of the projects I work on use
separate lists so that developer discussion doesn't get lost in piles of crap from
the automated commits. If you want to receive the commit notices, subscribe to
the commits list. Right now it is a separate list because that is what the project requested.
It requires a vote of the project committers to change that setup.

> Looks like the ddlutils-commits doesn't point to its dev list yet? The list definitely
exists, and the asf-mailer.conf looks good so that's my only idea for why things aren't working.
