As per suggestion, 

Ive created a 'Apache Subversion' "Team" which can 'push,pull,administer'
the apache/subversion repo.

Consider this a test at this point, also consider it committer priviliges
that have same rules as for svn.


I've added gstein and filmaj to this team.
