I would like to file a bug against mod_mbox.

Can you tell me the difference between ASF's "jira"[1] and ASF's "bugzilla"[2]?
[1] https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4121
[2] https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=52182

I filed an issue about the creation of ooo-general-ja/AT/incubator.apache.org.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3926

But I should get a new account with "bugzilla" and log into "bugzilla"
and then file my encoding issue in "bugzilla" right?

Thanks,
khirano
