Really? I can't recall the last time bugzilla was done more then 1 time
a year; even then, it wasn't for mysql/db but for upgrades....

Realistically, it would be better to just 'promote' the slave to the
master, and change the master to slave.  Then swap it back again when
something else happens (databases)
