I nearly agree. One thing: David's suggestion would be related
to the "***-site" issues that occured in infra mailing list?

As you know (and I KNOW), there are many people who tend *not* to
create wiki pages as well as those not to make patches on xdocs :-)

P.S. Can community@ mailinglist accept [PATCH] mails? One of the
replacements of infra mailing list? ... or ... do we need a talk
about "DOCUMENTATION" TLP?  .... not sure.
