Very simple. Do not "open the firehose". If you crowd out the whole ASF,
then how is that acting responsibly? How is that caring for your fellow ASF
projects?

That is what social priority means.

Don't flood the build servers. If your job takes that much time, then
submit just a couple per day.

Work with us, Allen. You don't appear to even be trying to listen to Gavin,
so why do you think he has decided to stop responding your concerns?
