since 2015, Puppet is used to manage configuration of some nodes: see [1]

are Windows nodes managed with Puppet? What I read looks really unix-centric.

I'm neither a Windows nor Puppet expert, but could Windows nodes be managed 
the same way? Are there experts around? Would ASF build team need help from 
these experts to better manage Jenkins Windows slaves?
