Subject [UPDATE] builds.apache.org maintenance on July 2nd

Hi all -

builds.apache.org is still down - we're having problems rebuilding it. We
don't yet have a timeframe for when it'll be back up, but once it's been
reinstalled, I'll send another update. Thanks.
