Mark Thomas resolved BUILDS-22.
-------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

RAT files transferred to silvanus. I'll update the Tomcat build to re-enable RAT

> Tomcat 7 build at silvanus_ubuntu Buildbot slave fails at RAT step:
> http://ci.apache.org/builders/tomcat-7-trunk/builds/304/steps/shell_3/logs/stdio
> {quote}
> bash -c 'ant -f ../../rat-buildfiles/tomcat-7-trunk.xml -lib ~'
>  in dir /home/buildslave32/slave32/tomcat-7-trunk/build (timeout 1200 secs)
>  watching logfiles {}

> Buildfile: ../../rat-buildfiles/tomcat-7-trunk.xml does not exist!
> Build failed
> {quote}
> I wonder how this rat-buildfile is created and whether it is tracked via Subversion repository.
> As a workaround, it is possible to disable 3 steps in Buildbot configuration for Tomcat
7 that are responsible for creating, uploading and publishing the RAT report.
