Hey Terence and Gary,

Thank you for your reply. So the build works locally, it was a permission
setting in the end, the "mvn clean package" helped in confirming it
independently! So thank you, Terence! As for the SMTP server, I believe
once we are able to setup the Jenkins job on builds.apache.org, we won't
have to worry about those configurations, they are already done for all
the other builds, our build is already specified to email to our
appropriate mailing lists.

Except for that, I think we're ready to have this on the
builds.apache.org. I cc'd the builds@apache.org mailing list, hopefully
someone will be able to give us permission to have this setup there.
