Hey all -

I did some additional sleuthing and discovered a misspelling in our CI
job version - SNAPSTHOT - which might not be accepted by the snapshots
repo. I pinged a PMC member to update that string.

In our regular build files SNAPSHOT is spelled correctly; the version
is being explicitly set in the CI job config. I don't understand the
reason for this and am looking into it.
