Yeah, some suggestions that were made and what infra ultimately suggested we
do were slightly different though do-able.

I have now made a couple more changes that hopefully will make it easier for
all.

I have now created the top level index (landing page) for all build
solutions at http://ci.apache.org - so we are all now listed there.

In addition - and this is optional given that ci.apache.org site is on ceres
one of the build machines - I also created convenience URL redirects for
both Hudson and Continuum.

So if you wanted to use http://ci.apache.org/hudson/ you can and it
redirects to Hudson.zones.a.o. If you wanted to specify
http://ci.apache.org/hudson/view/cfx you can and it will redirect
accordingly , etc etc.

Same goes for http://ci.apache.org/continuum/ redirects to
http://vmbuild.apache.org/continuum/groupSummary.action etc etc.

This now makes the new /dev/builds.html page void so I will remove that
soon.
