Hi Jan I

Well the reason for us starting this project here for the JavaLand conference in Germany,
was that usually Internet on Conferences sucks and therefore we wanted to implement something
that's completely offline-capable. The mobile site of Sched doesn't seem to be offline capable
at all.

Regarding the secret: I was planning on creating the server in a way that the key is included
as external property which lies outside of the project itself. This way you should actually
be able to run that one server for different conferences, just by spinning up the server with
a different key. Would that be ok? For the demonstrations we could use the key of a demo account.
I think from what I read that you can use the API to fetch data and update the schedules of
individual users. But I have to admit that was what I was looking for. I didn't inspect the
API for options to actually modify stuff.

Anyway we did have a small initial discussion with the other Flex talkers on basing the Flex
Track on that Application as we could use this use-case throughout the entire Track to demonstrate
the different parts of Flex and its related technologies. But currently that seems to be more
what I would like to do ... think I have to do a little more convincing here ;-)

First non technical response from LF is that they do have a mobile version

Still waiting to hear from their technicians.

In reference to they key, I did assume that you would keep the key secret,
but the issue might still be security, because it might enable us to make
