Hi Steve,

I will ask RNA this afternoon.

Best regards

I wonder if we could impose on your good nature sufficiently to ask the arena and their partners
whether they might have such a printer they could rent us for the week? If they do, I would
anticipate the cost might be ruinous, but it would be the easiest way to get on-site printing

Alternatively, if the Arena would be able to run A3 or better color prints on their own equipment,
I am sure we would be more than happy to pay a reasonable amount per page.

If you don't have time to do this, please say so and I will contact them myself.

A generous offer, but this would probably also oblige you to return it, which might not be
very convenient ...

Anyone? Surely someone must be both driving to the conference, and have
access to a printer we could borrow? Someone...?

If it helps, I may be able to pick one up from anyone in the area as
I'll be driving from Frankfurt Airport to Sinsheim around 1pm on
Monday 5th.

Hi All

I guess this is mostly for those who live nearby and are planning to drive
to the conference

Does anyone have an A3 printer that they could bring with them? Or failing
that, an A4 one?

We're trying to get most things printed in advance, but there are always
last minute signs needed, notices wanted, changes to display etc. For that,
we'll need a printer on site which we can use to print those out once
they're realised. Would someone who's driving be able to bring one along
that we could use?
