The problem that occured in srclib/apr-util is fixed.

What I am saying is that the SAME problem occurs other places that you
didn't fix yet because I didn't tell you that it happened there as well.
Basically anytime you use libexpat.la which the below compilations do, it
breaks.

So you must make the "same" changes in these additional places as well.

They were

[srclib/apr-util/     ....] FIXED
srclib/pcre for dftables.lo
server  for gen_test_char.lo
support for htpasswd.lo, htdigest.lo, rotatelogs.lo, logresolve.lo
            ab.lo, checkgid.lo, htdmb.lo
.       for httpd binary
