Subject general/8763: default directory of apache.exe and .dll will have some problem

Win XP
by default install,apache.exe and other .dll is in bin directory,if u load module,it will
failed to do!

in command line,type "apache -k uninstall"
then copy/move bin/apache.exe and .dll to ServerRoot,type "apache -k install"
problem solved!
