OpenBSD huascaran 2.9 kernel#0 i386
gcc version 2.95.3 20010125 (prerelease)
Apache 2.0 don't seem to bind correctly to the port given using the Port directive. My connection
is refused to whatever port i want to bind to.

There is no errors messages in logs. it start flawlessly but no one can connect to the server.

To go around this problem, i had to specify a Listen directive to each interface.
