 The following patch is a correction of the message
 previously sent by me.
 
 The reason for which send this mail again, is because
 I forgot to include inside
  the patch the definition of the function "GetVersion"
 for Cygwin. So, the file
 http_protocol.c should be this way, so that the server
 can work without problems
 when it executes scripts inside Cygwin in Win9x:
