Synopsis: Server can be stoped for a while by PORTFUCK 1.0b2 DOS atack

State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: wrowe
State-Changed-When: Wed May 30 11:48:39 PDT 2001
State-Changed-Why:
Undoubtedly, this is a direct attack against Microsoft's
WinSock layer. This has little to do with the Apache
server itself, however, you don't need Apache installed
to launch such an attack.
