Red Hat Linux release 7.0 (Guinness)
Kernel 2.2.16-22 on an i686 (not using the RedHat Apache RPM)
The "Options" directive is being ignored in a named VirtualHost container,
and the options defined for "/" in the main server config are used instead.
This used to work fine in my previous Apache installation (1.3.3)
I am building a new server on my local network, so no URL is available.
Quite simply set Options to something that differs from the main <Directory />
container.  Eg:

<Directory />
    Options FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride None
        DocumentRoot /home/staff/trev/public_html
        ServerName TT5.lan
        Options +ExecCGI Includes

Then try to run a CGI or SSI from that virtualhost. Naturally, you'll have
to substitute something real in place of my local network addresses & names.
Fix it? No... Workaround? Yes: Use a <Directory> container:

<Directory /home/staff/trev/public_html>
        Options +ExecCGI +Includes

I just wanna be lazy and type less ;-)
