SunOS awwtest 5.7 Generic_106541-11 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250
with Apache 1.3.14 and gcc 2.95.2 and Tomcat 3.1.
When you have a page where you write a word with accent like "réseau". the word "r" is sending
to tomcat.
In fact all is truncated after the accent.
Install Tomcat,Apache and try to send something to Tomcat via Apache with accent like é,è,ê
and ç.
