 Apache 1.3.12 builds with DSO support just fine under Rhapsohy. "How" to
 determine DSO support under Rhapsody is something I'll have to
 investigate and research and get back to y'all.
 
 I'll also be able to check buildability and DSO support once I get Mac
 OS X PB with development tools in the mail.
