You are observing warnings that are not fatal.

Apache is loading the configuration of the "Apache" service,
which you have not installed.  Had you installed the default
"Apache" service with the "Apache -k install" command, and
provided additional options, these would be loaded when you
started the command line Apache.

I am taking this under advisement, and expect that the error
message will be muted, or eliminated and replaced with a message
in the case that these options -were- read from the registry.
