Basically a SuSE RPM re-build with HARD_SERVER_LIMIT boosted to 4096 (yes, the machin can
handle it)
The Scoreboard on /server-status doesn't show all stati -- will still only see
256 servers graphically displayed, not all we're actually using (about 1024)
