After upgrading to apache 1.3.12 from 1.3.9 programs (writen on C & C++) stopped working
because they can't get ANY env's, eaven UNIQUE_ID, from Apache.

I tryed to compil apache in standord set and atart with standart httpd.conf(only changing
dir's end etc.) result : all the same
