The Proxy Cache Garbage Collection did not work in the Win32 port.
I fixed it, I can send you the context diff on request.
I also have a fix for PR#4468, in case you are interested.

Send me an E-Mail and get the context diff mailed back. AND THEN INTEGRATE IT!
