Apache service can not be started on NT ( Error 1067, The process terminated unexpectedly)

if JVM executable specified for JServ install is not located on the local drive.
An error message in jserv_mod.log: "an error returned initializing protocol "wrapper"."
Specify JVM executable with location on the network drive for 
JServ 1.0 win32 install.
