If the browser sends a date header "If-Modified-Since" the
SimpleDateFormat.parse(String) function throws a
StringIndexOutOfBoundsException which is not catched in
JServConnection.getDateHeader(String). Maybe it is a problem of Java 1.1.6
The result is an internal server error 500.
