Windows 95 SR2
It appears that the servlet destroy() method is not being called when the
web server is gracefully terminated. This behavior only started when
server version 1.3.6 was replaced with version 1.3.9
create a servlet that must clean up some resource
allow jserv to call destroy() methods prior to termination.
