This is the log from the error log il Apache/logs

This is a part of the httpd.conf file
AuthType Basic
AuthName "Bio Info"
AuthDBMUserFile "/mnt/discrete2/bioinfo/Users/users"
AuthDBMGroupFile "/mnt/discrete2/bioinfo/Users/groups"
require valid-user

It is not able to see the file , yet the file exist, it was created
and there is a full permissnion on it

Install apache onthe same platform try to 
create an authentication system using dbmmanage
it wont work
It is either the dbmopen file that is not working
of the call from apache that is not working
