Trying to compile Apache jserv in DSO config on HP 10.20

When I run make after running configuring, it will not compile the mod_jserv.so
module.

Make reports that is up-to-date.

If you look in the directory there are no object files at all.

I have made sure that I am using the latest GNU:
m4
sed
make
autoconf
automake, and
libtool

Here is the output form make:
