There is a syntax error in the example of 
the mod_auth_anon module:
Since the syntax for AuthName changed, the 
more-than-one-word name should be quoted.
	AuthName Use 'anonymous' & Email address for guest entry
	AuthName "Use 'anonymous' & Email address for guest entry"
in the example
