23Gigs of hard disk space and 256MB of ram
In our proxy we would like to allow access to only certain sites.  That is we
would like something like

ProxyBlock *
ProxyNotBlocked www.apache.org

which would block every site except www.apache.org

A bit like

	order deny, allow

	allow from ....
	deny from ...
