Proxy requests are loged in access_log. This cause problems when making statistics
on server connections.

Allowing a per-directory log file definition. This would be useful in <Directory proxy:*>.

A third party module (mod_log_dir) did this but is not available for 1.3.x releases. An update
could be done, perhaps...
