Synopsis: Apache dumps garbage in log file in certain situations.

State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: dgaudet
State-Changed-When: Tue Apr 20 10:54:42 PDT 1999
State-Changed-Why:
There's nothing apache can do if it's shut down improperly
(i.e. crash) and the operating system decides to spew crap
into a file. If this is a problem, consider upgrading to
an operating system that doesn't have such bugs.
