Under Windows NT 4.0, with Microsoft Developer's Studio 6.0.
After the addition "Added PassAllEnv", mod_env.c does not compile with the Microsoft compiler,
because it does not include unistd.h.

Do not include unistd.h with this compiler.
Commenting out the line fixes the compilation problem.
