This is the same as PR# 3907.
Will someone please update the apache 1.3.4 win32 installation, and include all 
necessary files.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install apache from 1.3.4 win32 exe file.
>From apache web server menu, click on "Install Apache as Service" - no
service is started.
>From NT command prompt window, cd to Apache.exe directory, type
apache.exe -i to install as NT service, get error no such file:

Include httpd.conf, and any other missing files, in the installation.
