OS: SunOS cyber8 5.6 Generic i86pc i386 i86pc
Compiler: gcc version
Have read related bug reports (2809, 2912, 2459, etc.). Compiled using -lgdbm.
Was getting seg faults until compiled with -lgdbm now I am getting Authorization
Failed and the exact error_log messages are below:
[Tue Dec 8 10:33:37 1998] [error] [client] (2)No such file or directory:
could not open dbm auth file: /home/passwds/tedbmpwd
[Tue Dec 8 10:33:37 1998] [error] [client] DBM user ndr69 not found: /usr/local/apache/htdocs

I am presently using Apache 1.2.6 and the DBM auth works fine using the existing password
user: ndr69
pass: test
No clue.
