The following reply was made to PR mod_cgi/3376; it has been noted by GNATS.

From: Marc Slemko <marcs@znep.com>
To: bdraco@darkorb.net
Cc: Apache bugs database <apbugs@apache.org>
Subject: Re: mod_cgi/3376: Cgis takeover the world and send the system spiral

Please fix your horribly broken mailer. Not only should it NEVER be
parsing for recipients to send to in the To: line, but it is pretty
dumb to refuse to let people send mail to themself.

If it continues to act up, I won't have any choice but to close the PR due
 to impossibility of communication.

[In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ]
[you need to include <apbugs@Apache.Org> in the Cc line ]
[and leave the subject line UNCHANGED. This is not done]
[automatically because of the potential for mail loops. ]
[If you do not include this Cc, your reply may be ig- ]
[nored unless you are responding to an explicit request ]
 [from a developer. ]

Synopsis: Cgis takeover the world and send the system spiraling down to its death

 State-Changed-From-To: open-feedback

 State-Changed-Why:
Erm... how is nicing them going to do anything that useful?
I mean, they will still be sitting around doing whatever
bad things they are doing. They shouldn't "send the system
spiraling down to its death" anyway, and if they do then there
is a bug in your OS.

Otherwise, wouldn't appropriate settings of RLimit* make
 much more snese?
