Synopsis: server corrupting cgi output for octet-streams

State-Changed-From-To: open-feedback
State-Changed-By: marc
State-Changed-When: Sat Oct 31 09:42:40 PST 1998
State-Changed-Why:
First, please tell us what Apache version you are using.
"2.0" doesn't exist. It is very hard to help you when you
do not include valid information in your PR!

Second, what language is your CGI script in? How is it sending
it? Give an example.
