 Interesting.  It is definitely fixed in 1.3.2, but it definitely isnt in
 1.3.1!  I had assumed this was a limitation of the PERL parsing, but
 obviously this has been fixed somehow in Apache.
 
 I'll put the word around as this has been a source of grief for several
 people I have commincated with on various web bulletin boards and
 compuserve fora.
