WinNT v4.0 Server SP3
>Description:
CGI's get broken after a period of time. (logs available) The error message is:
[error] (24)Too many open files: couldn't spawn child process: /wwww/cgi-bin/Header.pl

These are SSI's in "shtml" files. Stopping and starting the service restores them.

[In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ]
[you need to include <apbugs@Apache.Org> in the Cc line ]
[and leave the subject line UNCHANGED. This is not done]
[automatically because of the potential for mail loops. ]
