>Environment:
Windows NT SP3, MSVC 5.0
>Description:
When I attempt to start apache (apache /s or apache -s), I recieve the message "fopen: No
such file or directory
httpd: could not open document config file at /apache/conf/httpd.conf"
(please notice the direction of the slashes).
Apache then quits.

[In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ]
[you need to include <apbugs@Apache.Org> in the Cc line ]
[and leave the subject line UNCHANGED. This is not done]
[automatically because of the potential for mail loops. ]
