Minor patch for httpd.h; almost a nitpick.
If DOCUMENT_LOCATION is defined in Makefile
(or Configuration), it clashes with httpd.h's
definition.

Added #ifdef DOCUMENT_LOCATION

Fixed in 1.3b3, but in case 1.2.6 ever comes out....
