.htm files are showing as text/plain even if "AddType text/html .htm"
is placed in srm.conf.  This affects only non-canonical names, such as
CNAME hosts or localhost.

Add the following line to srm.conf

AddType text/html .htm

and try to access the server via CNAME or, if on the same machine, as localhost
