NT 4.0 SP3, Visual C++ 5.0
>Description:
When using Apache as a proxy server on Windows NT, query URL's containing uppercase characters
are converted to lowercase, causing incorrect results in some cases.
>How-To-Repeat:
www.infoseek.com from Internet Explorer 3.02, and enter a seach string - the search page is
redisplayed rather than the results page.
>Fix:
Remove the call to strlwr in os_canonical_filename

>Unformatted:
[In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ]
[you need to include <apbugs@Apache.Org> in the Cc line ]
[and leave the subject line UNCHANGED. This is not done]
[automatically because of the potential for mail loops. ]
