Synopsis: FreeBSD have snprintf already long time but Apache still use its own

State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: dgaudet
State-Changed-When: Thu Oct 23 01:58:23 PDT 1997
State-Changed-Why:
Sorry, no. FreeBSD has snprintf, Apache has ap_snprintf. They're not
the same. We'll continue to use our own on all platforms because
it is more reliable and easy for us to maintain cross platform
code this way.
