What happens if you remove your extra directories from
EXTRA_INCLUDES?

What needed unistd.h included earlier?  It is already
included in alloc.c by conf.h.

What structures are defined in your /usr/include/setjmp.h?

What type of structure does the setjmp man page say to
call setjmp() with?  What include files does the man
page say are needed?
