Synopsis: Having trouble with compilation of C++ code using some headers.

State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: coar
State-Changed-When: Mon Jul 28 14:33:31 PDT 1997
State-Changed-Why:
Apache is written in ANSI C, not C++ (any variant).
Getting it to compile under C++ was not a goal.
However, some work has been done lately in the
area of making it compilable under NT, and it's
likely that the latest version will compile
better (particularly since I remember seeing
a patch recently that affected pool structs).
You can try the latest source snapshot (see
<http://dev.apache.org/>, but this still isn't
really a bug.

Thanks for using Apache!
