SunOS 4.1.3_U1 sun4m

>Description:
This problems seems to be consistent with bug report PR#164, however it does not appear on
that box when using Apache 1.2b6 with the same configuration and it
seems to accur with one particular URL: http://developer.netscape.com/software/index.html

I include a section from the message log for one of the occurences.
It appears that the server issues a "getsockname: Invalid argument" error shortly before such
events occur.
